Children’s Portraits
I took these photos of Madeline last summer. I prefer to shoot children in an un-posed natural way letting them be themselves. That means a lot of running around behind them with a camera and it is always a great deal more work than shooting adults but the beautiful results can bring a parent to tears and that makes all the extra work well worth it. I know looking back at these photos in the future will bring to mind priceless memories of their children they will treasure forever. Having professional photos of your child taken truly is an investment in art. No other artwork you hang on your wall will invoke the emotional response you will get from seeing your baby captured in that fleeting moment of their life. I believe every parent should consider having a large canvas print made from their favorite photos of their children. It will become a family heirloom handed down from generation to generation.
